Essence Trainings has a variety of trainings in the area of personal growth and development. The first two are basically Essence and Source.

Training 2: Source

In the Essence training you had a look at and experienced your potential and inner strength. The Source training is more profound. It actually is the second step in the same process: to experience how to use and to steer your potential in the best way.

You will discover your authentic source of power and how to rely on it, in all kind of situations. If your cause of trouble is stress, fear, uncertainty, a shortage of happiness or self-confidence, you will even in these negative circumstances actually learn what enjoying every moment really means. This because you will come into renewed contact with your vitality and zest for living. It will become clear that if you rely totally on yourself, you will experience what intuition really means.

Results

After doing the training you will see results in your whole life, in the field of personal as well as business matters. You will have more confidence in what you can do, more confidence in others, you will have more energy and be more open and more in contact with your emotions. Relationships will grow by your increased creativity and self-confidence. You will find solutions fast in moments of fear, stress and uncertainty. You will show inspiring leadership and will be clear and concise in your work and ambitions and will make faster and more effective decisions.

Extend of the training

Essence training: 3 evenings and one full weekend, five days in a row.

Source training: 2 evenings and three consecutive days, five days in a row.

All trainings will start on a Wednesday evening.

Attending the Source training is only possible after you have finished Essence training.

Essence training is   €  800

Source training is     € 1200

Registration to both trainings simultaneously  € 1800
