Attitude and behaviour

In all the training we do, it is essential that you become aware of your own attitude and behaviour. Often you know your behaviour in things, but did you know that your attitude is of great influence on this? Often you are not even aware of your attitude in this matter. As soon as you realise this you become aware that there are other ways to look at things. Eventually your behaviour will therefore change. In our training you become aware of your own attitude.
